1. Introduction

Foshan Changlu Tourism & Leisure Expo Park is located at Jianshe East Road, Lunjiao Sanzhou, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province (at the junction of Shunde Lunjiao Sanzhou and Panyu Shawan). Bordering the main stream of the Pearl River and covering an area of 400,000 square meters, it is a comprehensive resort integrating dining, accommodation, entertainment, sightseeing, recreation, and shopping. It is characterized by Lingnan historical culture, the rustic charm of Shunde's water town life, large-scale mechanical amusement rides, a fairy-tale animal kingdom, and dazzling stage performances.

Foshan Changlu Tourism & Leisure Expo Park originated in 2000, formerly known as Changlu Farmstead, and officially opened on August 18, 2018. The park comprises ten themed areas: Changlu Scream Island, Fairy-tale Animal Kingdom, Underwater World Theme Park, Military Theme Park, Agritainment Theme Park, Wetland Theme Park, Changlu Resort, Changlu Ice & Snow World, Kuiper Tech World, and Mine Cave Hot Spring Pool. Among these, Changlu Mechanical Amusement Park features over a hundred thrilling amusement rides from around the world. The Fairy-tale Animal Kingdom breaks away from traditional global zoo models, using unique landscaping to reveal the mysterious and fascinating aspects of animals.

Foshan Changlu Tourism & Leisure Expo Park covers an area of 400,000 square meters. Changlu Scream Island features over a hundred thrilling mechanical amusement rides from around the world: the ghost ship "Götheborg" using sound, light, and electrical effects; the high-speed "Catapult Flyer" that launches people over 30 meters into the air in 2 seconds; the "Magic Loop Vertical Roller Coaster" spanning 50 meters high, offering a 100 km/h vertical plunge sensation; the "Dragon Wind Roller Coaster" fast as a tornado that makes people scream continuously; the dome-screen flying cinema that takes visitors on an 8-minute tour of China; and the cliff-jumping high-altitude bungee extreme experience.

3.2 Fairy-tale Animal Kingdom

The Fairy-tale Animal Kingdom breaks away from traditional global zoo models, using unique landscaping to reveal the mysterious and fascinating aspects of animals to visitors, fully showcasing the characteristics of "majesty, wonder, seclusion, wilderness, and elegance." Each scene is a beautiful fairy tale. The ingeniously designed animal castle features various animals like black bears, kangaroos, and ring-tailed lemurs lining the path to welcome guests. The Hundred Birds Paradise, Lion and Tiger Mountain, Giraffe King's Home, Aquarium, African Savannah, and more allow visitors to get up close with humanity's good friends. In the unique Fairy-tale Animal Theater and the large-scale Land, Sea, and Air Animal Performance Hall, animals transform into performing stars, showcasing their agility and intelligence.

3.3 Changlu Resort

Changlu Resort is a themed resort centered on business leisure and tourism vacations, integrating themed guest rooms, dining, business, conferences, entertainment, fitness, wellness mine cave hot spring pools, ocean theme park, wetland animal theme park, and more. The resort hotel boasts hundreds of themed guest rooms, including train carriage, train station, underwater, pastoral lake view, cave, military, and other themed accommodations. It also houses the large-scale stage "Changlu Global Village Theater."

The Underwater World Theme Park boasts abundant marine flora and fauna resources, along with multiple entertainment and viewing projects, such as colorful clownfish and crystal-clear jellyfish. Additionally, there are deep-sea snorkeling areas and dynamic water play zones. The deep-sea snorkeling area allows visitors to get zero-distance contact with marine life. Changlu Ice & Snow World is a large steel-structured ice and snow art exhibition hall in South China. Here, visitors can appreciate ice sculptures themed on subarctic landscapes above 72°N latitude and rare regional flora and fauna. The hall is equipped with life-size 1:1 bionic polar bears and Antarctic emperor penguins, not only lifelike in form but also showing breathing movements in their bellies. In a -15°C environment, visitors can experience six different themed areas: the 360° hundred-meter ice slide, king's short track speed skating, interactive egg castle playground, Arctic Village Snow Town, rime spectacle, and Aurora Cottage. It cleverly integrates ice and snow science popularization, parent-child interaction, and entertainment aesthetics into the fun, realistically recreating the snowscape of Mohe Arctic Village, snowball fights in northern Chinese villages, and enjoying candied haws.

Changlu Wetland Theme Park, with its beautiful scenery, is like a natural oasis in the city. The venue also sets up various innovative interactive entertainment projects tailored to the psychological characteristics of parent-child groups, while incorporating advanced educational concepts and popular science knowledge. It creates a fun, playful, and astonishing atmosphere, allowing children to experience unique technological and artistic creativity and fun through various novel and enjoyable project experiences, acquire scientific knowledge, receive scientific influence, and "play" their way into a love for science.

4.1 Global Village · Fantasy Show Grand Circus Performance

Global Village · Fantasy Show is the upgraded version of Changlu's "Global Village." It began performing at the Changlu Global Village Theater in January 2019. This theater can accommodate 1,600 people and is the performance stage with the closest distance between the audience and the actors. The Global Village · Fantasy Show program includes thrilling acrobatics, spectacular foreign dances, magical and unpredictable magic tricks, joyful and amusing clowns, Guinness World Record-breaking giant wheel and motorcycle stunts, and gold medal-winning aerialists from international circus festivals.

4.2 Fairy-tale Animal Theater

The Fairy-tale Animal Theater has created a large number of "agritainment" programs, such as the Farmhouse Five Wonders (docile goats, clever pet dogs, adorable kittens, etc.). Simultaneously, in the large Fairy-tale Animal Performance Hall that can accommodate 1,500 people, it brings incredible wonders to visitors: Siamese cats strolling on balls; goats leaping to stand on the trainer's shoulders, showcasing a scene of human-goat unity; poodles weaving freely under the trainer's feet; and little monkeys inviting the audience to participate in interactive games. Additionally, raccoons, guinea pigs, tortoises, peacocks, argali sheep, cattle, red deer, rabbits, parrots, and others also take the stage to perform.

The Land, Sea, and Air Theater is located on Happy Island. Here, you can find mischievous monkeys riding bicycles, clumsy bears jumping, and groups of lions and tigers.### 4.4 5D Dynamic Surround Cinema Located on Scream Island within the Changle Tourism and Leisure Expo Park, the 5D Dynamic Surround Cinema features advanced equipment and a record-breaking 234 seats. It offers a 180-degree surround stereoscopic screen and large-amplitude, three-degree-of-freedom dual-motion seats that synchronize with the film's plot. Through the integration of high-precision computer programming and cutting-edge mechanical technology, it creates magical 5D special effects that occur in sync with the stereoscopic imagery, fully engaging visitors' visual, auditory, and tactile senses, allowing them to truly immerse themselves in the storyline and experience a sense of being there.

4.5 Magic Forest Theater

"Changle Magic Forest Theater" is a large-scale parent-child stage production that blends traditional cultural elements such as exquisite shadow puppetry, puppetry, marionettes, song, dance, and magic with modern components. The play is characterized by its light and lively rhythm. Through the stories of its characters, it teaches children life lessons about caring for animals, bravery, kindness, and helpfulness amidst joy and adventure. The entire play includes multiple interactive points, allowing children not only to watch but also to participate in the performance. It is not only educational but also enables them to appreciate the essence of traditional Chinese folk art.
